Anxiety Self-Assessment Results
What Your Results May Mean
This assessment is designed to help you recognize how anxiety may be showing up in your life. Your answers are not a diagnosis. They are a starting point for understanding your symptoms, patterns, and whether additional support may be helpful.
Calculate Your Score
Give yourself the following points for each answer:
Not at all = 0
Several days = 1
More than half the days = 2
Nearly every day = 3
Add the points from all 10 questions. Your total will be between 0 and 30.
Understanding Your Score
0–7 | Minimal Anxiety
Your responses suggest that anxiety may not be significantly interfering with your daily life right now. You may still experience stress or worry at times, which is a normal part of life.
8–14 | Mild Anxiety
You may be experiencing some anxiety that is beginning to affect your thoughts, emotions, or daily life. Paying attention to your triggers and learning ways to manage anxiety may be helpful.
15–21 | Moderate Anxiety
Anxiety may be showing up more consistently and affecting areas such as concentration, sleep, relationships, work, or your ability to relax. This may be a good time to explore additional coping tools or consider talking with a mental health professional.
22–30 | Higher Anxiety
Your responses suggest that anxiety may be affecting several areas of your life. Consider speaking with a qualified mental health professional who can help you better understand what you are experiencing and what type of support may be helpful.
